1. You can find a map of the current FIWARE Lab Nodes here: http://grafana.lab.fiware.org. There is one node in Sao Paulo federated and there is another node not federated in Uberlandia. As you mentioned, we have two Evangelists from Brazil, and we also have a FIWARE iHub (https://www.fiware.org/community/fiware-ihubs/) in Brazil. Getting in touch with either the iHub or our Evangelists would be a great start I'd say. You can do this via LinkedIn but if you would prefer their contact details then I will contact them.

2. I will have to double-check this with the tech team and get back to you.

3. We currently don't have a Slack community but there are plans to use something similar in the future. At the moment there is no FIWARE Generic Enabler (GE) related directly to ML or AI, however, Knowage can be used to do analytical activity. This is therefore also where I would redirect you to in order to analyse the possibility to develop ML using the tool: https://knowage.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
