Dear user,
Since more than a year ago, there are different logins for Cloud and for account.lab.fiware.org. So, it is likely that one password can't be used in the other.
However, I'd like to ask you what region you were using, I guess it has been a long time ago since you haven't logged in FIWARE Lab. You seem to be in a project with other people, aren't you?
Best regards,
José Ignacio

Dear user,
I was checking your user and apparently there was an account with that username some time ago. I assume that you wanted to access to the FIWARE Lab. If this is the case, could you tell us which region do you want to use and we recreate the password to access to that account.

Dear Helpdesk,
supposedly this request was already triggered by Orange, as we are
working together in a EU H2020 research project. The guy in Orange is
Marc Despland (marc.despland@orange.com), and he is experiencing the
same problem as me. Just in case you want to trace the issue.
He also registered other users who are able to login in
https://cloud.lab.fiware.org <https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/>, who hadn't
a previous account at Fiware.
So, what should I do? Create a new account? In this case, 'Create
Account' or 'Request Community Account'?
Kind regards,
Benjamin

Dear user,
The account.lab.fiware.org and the cloud.lab.fiware.org are totally different Identity Manager providers. You have to request a user on both of them if you want to use both.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
