Just to give you more details,
I think the issue is similar to the one we have been having with
129.192.96.203 (external WP4 partner) towards 130.206.85.6 (10.0.4.236)
(FI-Lab).

This time was 89.97.237.254 (ENG's branch in Sicily) towards 130.206.82.217.
To avoid the problem, ENG's IT has changed the natting so now the
communication is 89.97.237.226 (ENG's branch in Sicily) towards
130.206.82.217.

We will be back at ENG's branch in SIcily on Friday and let you know if
the issue raises again.

Please keep an eye on it.

I can access it from home. The only place from which I cannot access the
VM is ENG's branch where I work (Sicily).

I will tell our IT to double check the rules on ENG's proxy/FW and let
you know.
