          Hi,

          I am trying to create a new instance using the domibus-r3.3.2 image, but the operation fails with the error message below:

          Danger: There was an error submitting the form. Please try again later.

            Hi,

            Please find the requested information below.

            • your user account in FIWARE Lab.

            My username is "petteri.kivimaki@niis.org" / "petkivim"

            • The FIWARE Lab region in which you launch the instance.

            The availability zone is Nova.

            • Details of the virtual machine created (flavor, segurity group, and id to check it).

            Flavor: m1.medium, security group: default (dc56dc87-c423-42ff-ba7e-646bd9754ba2), network: int-net-01

            • Finally, where do you obtain this error message?

            After filling in the instance details and clicking Launch. The same error occurs on both Instance and Images pages. I've tried to create a new instance on both pages.

            Hi,

            I received the message below from Fiware Wroclaw support (please find attached the whole email). Can you move my account to Poznan or Sofia Antipolis region? Or do I have to request a new account?

            "Unfortunately, we are having serious issues with our FIWARE infrastructure and I cannot guarantee any time soon that we will fix this, so if you be so kind and try to use another FIWARE node to fulfil your request."
