Hi Sumit,

My personal experience is that if you change region, it is advisable to
refresh the page in the browser. After that you can work without getting
this problem.
This issue with the portal will be fixed soon, but by then you can
follow the above instruction.

I tried spain. It didn't work. Then stockholm and others too.. they did not
work.
