          Dear colleagues,

          My name is Liliya Adiyatullina, I represent the Skolkovo Foundation that is the largest Russian technological hub. It is a non-profit organization founded in September 2010 by the Russian government with the objective of accelerating Russia’s transformation from a resource-intensive to an innovation-based economy. To achieve this objective, the Foundation is overseeing the creation of the Skolkovo Innovation Center, composed of more than 1,800 high-tech startups, Skolkovo Technopark, the Skolkovo Institute of Technology (Skoltech) - a new graduate research University established in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - and Skolkovo city, located near Moscow. Together, these entities establish a vibrant ecosystem of technology innovation and entrepreneurship. For more information: http://www.sk.ru/en

          This year, we are going to visit Smart City World Congress and to organize participation of 7 technological companies, specializing in tech solutions for cities. We would like to invite you to meet with these companies within SCEWC. Please find the list of companies with the short description attached.               Let me introduce myself.  I'm Juanjo Hierro, CTO of the FIWARE
            Foundation.

              Your story looks pretty interesting and I feel confident that it will
            be interesting to explore opportunities of collaboration. I offer you to
            meet at our stand at the SCEWC.   I copy Katya Kazakova from our
            marketing team who may help us to find a slot in the agenda, I suggest
            on 14-15.

              I find it particularly interesting to explore whether Skolkovo
            Foundation may become a FIWARE iHub.  Check additional info here

            listen the testimonies of those who are applying FIWARE successfully in
            their business.   There will be a meeting of the FIWARE iHubs network

            Are you interested to bring some investor and evaluate some of the
            startups from our network?  We will be running an Investor Day on the
            28th and perhaps we may explore whether you can join.

            the Networking event right after his speech on Wednesday. Would Thursday be
