Hi,
I'm contacting you in regard of making my mailing lists not visible to the
open internet. I've had some conversation about it more than one year ago
with Juanjo Hierro and he confirmed that the mailing list is not visible on
the internet. Yet I can find that conversation without problem on
jira.fiware.org.

I would like all of those threads to disappear, because I was not expecting
my personal information that was presented in some of those emails to be
revealed to the open. What's more important I was assured that there will
be no trace of them outside of direct conversation.
Additionally the mailing list was not really functional last time I was
contacting FIWARE, so I'd like you to not use default response system.

I get the point of improving service, however as I received beforehand
mentioned information in correspondence from Juanjo Hierro I thought that
lists are private.
What's more important jira.fiware have smaller reach than stack, so I don't
see a point of keeping whole correspondence public. Furthermore, all of my
technical questions have been asked on github/stackoverflow and solved
there so there's no point in keeping mailing lists.
Another problem is that I didn't receive reply to my email address in
regard to question asked some time age within tech-mailing list. I could
only find it on jira.fiware.
Essentially I'd like you to delete threads:
HELP-14507HELP-14381HELP-13081HELP-14922(current one after solving my requests)
Two of them have been solved on git/stack and all of them contain
information that I'd like to not be public.

At the moment, I think that there is no information neither your email or name in JIRA. In fact, FIWARE Community cannot response your tickets due it.

FIWARE is an open source community, therefore the information and questions is kept in a open tools like JIRA. We can delete your emails from the historical questions that you made but we like to keep the different questions because they help us to improve the user experience of our community in line with other tools (e.g. stackoverflow).
