this is Antonio Celesti. I'm project manager of CASMOB, a project funded by
frontierCities2 - Fi-Tech Accelerator. Since we are finalizing our services
it is fundamental for us that you maintain our cloud account active and all
associated resources in FIWARE Lab at least by the end of frontierCities2
that is November 30th, 2018.
I put in CC our frontierCities2 fi-tech technical coach who is Fernando
Lopez.
Please, can you accomodate this request?

Dear FIWARE Lab user,

You Trial account has expired in region Spain2. This implies that your
cloud account will be removed, all resources created in any of the FIWARE
Cloud Portal Lab nodes associated with your authorized organization will be
deleted and you will not be able to use the FIWARE Lab resources anymore.

The deletion of the resources would not be instantaneous but from that day
(Thursday, October 11th 2018) we cannot guarantee their consistency.

If you want to continue using your resources, we encourage you to follow
the steps to upgrade to Community Account (
http://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE_Lab:_Upgrade_to_Community_Account).
You can also write an email explaining your reasons to keep your account to
fiware-lab-help@lists.fi-ware.org

Nevertheless, if you decide to back up all your work in those resources, we
encourage you to take all the actions to do it before Thursday, October
11th 2018.
