      Description

      Dear Fiware Lab,

      We received this email from you, informing us about the expiration of our trial account.
      We are currently using a Fiware instance to develop an EIT Digital project named "HII OEDIPUS" (project ID: 16455-18, project URL: https://www.eitdigital.eu/innovation-entrepreneurship/digital-industry/oedipus/) and we need the instance still alive to complete our activity.
      In the email the possibility to stop the closure process is to request the Community Account and that's the reason of the present e-mail: we are asking you the Community Account upgrade.

      The FIWARE account we want to extend is the one linked to my email (stefano.iaconelli@cefriel.com<stefano.iaconelli@cefriel.com>) and the company is CEFRIEL<https://cefriel.com/>: in case you need additional information please just ask.

      Dear FIWARE Lab user,

      You Trial account has expired in region Spain2. This implies that your cloud account will be removed, all resources created in any of the FIWARE Cloud Portal Lab nodes associated with your authorized organization will be deleted and you will not be able to use the FIWARE Lab resources anymore.

      The deletion of the resources would not be instantaneous but from that day (Thursday, October 11th 2018) we cannot guarantee their consistency.

      If you want to continue using your resources, we encourage you to follow the steps to upgrade to Community Account (http://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE_Lab:_Upgrade_to_Community_Account). You can also write an email explaining your reasons to keep your account to fiware-lab-help@lists.fi-ware.org<fiware-lab-help@lists.fi-ware.org>

      Nevertheless, if you decide to back up all your work in those resources, we encourage you to take all the actions to do it before Thursday, October 11th 2018.
