This is a duplicate of HELP-14652 . The advice given there was:

Anyway, for Ubuntu I would recommend you to install libvirt + KVM, create an snapshot of your images and download that snapshot using the Openstack command line tools. Then, you can modify the images in order to remove cloud-init packages and the images should be able to boot, maybe using virt-manager.

The question as written appears to be a generic deployment issue rather than FIWARE related. Additional advice was given to raise a question on stack overflow, with more details on the deployment required.

In general you can create a containerized environment, modify your image(s) and take a snapshot. I would suggest reading up on:

        • docker commit
        • docker checkpoint
        • docker export
