      Hi Jose/Fiware team,

      We need to transfer our community account from Will@englishbubble.com to
      danny@englishbubble.com. Can you help?

      We need this so we can log on to the new cloud portal.

        Dear user,

        Unfortunately, the email account is associated to the identity management and we cannot change it. Nevertheless, there is an option to create a new user and assign it to the same organization that you have with that user in order that we can work there.

        Yes whatever works is fine. Can you do that or do we? And if so how?

        If you can, could you set up a new user at danny@englishbubble.com? If
        there's an existing account with that, please feel free to delete.

        The important thing is for us to be able to access, as that old person has
        left our company.
