Description
Dear,
I am unable to access Cloud Portal to create my instance.
Soon in my account but when clicking in the Cloud menu another login screen
appears (see attached image).
I enter my username and password, but it says that the credentials are
invalid.
What credentials are these? I only have one that soon in the account lab
fiware
How should I proceed?

Your trial account expired and your data was removed. You must have recieved an email about 2 months ago about the issue.

Maybe you can ask for an account reactivation for another 2 weeks. or so. But deleted data is lost for good.
