It is fine that you contribute Data Models in the Area of Smart Home or eHealth.

In the near future we are going to conduct a major reorganization of the structure of our Data Models Repository to migrate to different GH organisations per domain (smart cities, smart agri, etc.).

The way to proceed is to create a Github organization for your Data Models and repositories , for instance one organization for Smart Home another for eHealth, etc. And create as many repos as needed for your data models, for instance one repo per specific vertical.

Indeed, you can get inspired by the current structure of our https://github.com/fiware/dataModels repo, including documentation formats and guidelines.

Once your project has created and contributed something of value, FIWARE Foundation can check it and endorse it as part of the suite of FIWARE Data Models.

Dear FIWARE team

I am the technical coordinator of the CAPTAIN EU project (
http://captain-eu.org/) which was funded through the SC1-PM-15-2017 call (
http://ec.europa.eu/research/participants/portal/desktop/en/opportunities/h2020/topics/sc1-pm-15-2017.html)
where FIWARE and UniversAAL were recommended for exploitation where
relevant.

We have liaisoned with the other 7 projects that were funded under the same
call, looking for knowledge and technical solution sharing (
http://captain-eu.org/blog/pm-15-projects-sharing-know-how-under-captains-collaboration-initiative
).

Currently, we are working on defining the data models of our project and we
came across the FIWARE Data Models (
https://www.fiware.org/developers/data-models/). Surpisingly, the Health or
Smart Home section is missing and unless this was intentionally a strategic
decision from FIWARE's side, it could be a good opportunity for us to
contribute and for FIWARE to expand the data models to this section too.

We need to proceed fast with some decisions on our side (we need to deliver
an overview of the data models by the end of this month) and thus we would
be glad to receive a prompt reply.
