FIWARE.Request.Lab.Spain.VM Problems.

          Description

          Hello,

          My virtual machine is falling down everyday, is it normal??? everyday i
          have to reboot it because mysql process is killed when it falls down.

          Should I have to ugrade it to the last release? If I do it, I will not lose
          any program, or configuration, will I?

            The virtual machine is assigned to another e-mail account:
            jezu90mg@gmail.com.

            there are days that it runs perfectly, but sometimes it crashes and my
            processes are stopped. For example,i am storing data each hour and if the
            VM crashes, data is not stored, so I lose it.

            I have done all possible updates, but i have not installed the last release.

            what could be the problem?

            yes but i have 2 instances, "mycity4me" which is the one with problems, and
            "OrionInstance" with no problems

            We’ve checked your instance myciti4me and everything seems OK:

            • Instance is running

            So, from the viewpoint of Cloud Infrastruture, we see no problems.

            Please take a look at the software you install on it.
