      Hi,
      I'm unable to restart an cloud instance with id
      *5438345d-fd95-4a1f-9936-81d7af09c945. *Can you restart it? Had to restart
      it, because the website it hosted is down and I'm unable to ssh into the
      server. I'm writing again, as the same thing happened one month ago.
