          Dear Andrés,

          After updating the component, the error remains similar:

            Apparently your con file is ok, so the problem is more related to a connection issue. Are you check if you don't have any restriction to connect to your mysql instance to the port that you configure? Could you test your connection. Also please attach the full log setting the debug mode?

            Hi,

            Please check that you are not having any restriction to access to your database, because with your mysql_agent.conf file I run my local cygnus instance with my local mysql database and it works at the first attempt. Thus, all signals point that is a connection problem, maybe firewall or iptables or you are not grant for creating database with the user provided. As a last test you can try also run the script that I attach, you can run doing
            $> notification-json-simple.sh http://localhost:5050/notify.
            This script simulates an orion notification and is very useful for testing.
