I was trying to follow the instructions to install idm on this page:
http://fiware-idm.readthedocs.io/en/latest/admin_guide/#requirements

At npm run-script create_db step, I ran into problems. Here's the
error from the command:

ubuntu@kubecity02:~/Downloads/fiware-idm$ npm run-script create_db
