I confirm it is not possible to access the “Cloud” section of FIWARE portal using any browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari).

Let me fwd the issue to the responsible help desk support.

Hi Daniele,

My last message was a bit short.

Can you let me know whether this service should be stable enough to evaluate whether we can submit a proposal in the http://www.creatifi.eu <http://www.creatifi.eu/> probrogramme? We were planning on using AWS but are interested (also because it’s not USA based) to use fi-ware and its enablers for big data. What kind of serivice level/uptime can we expect?

I am aware of the face I’m using the lab environment so the real environment might be more stable.

I confirm the “Cloud" section is now working as expected.

The platform is stable and available to support you in submitting your proposal to one of the accelerator programmes.

As you can understand since it is free of costs and in continuous improvement, sometimes some services can have a small downtime as it happened this morning.
