Hi all,
I have a user into the Fiware lab cloud portal, in fact I created some virtual machines in it in the past, I have access to spain2 and Tenerife nodes.

Yesterday I tried to login in the Fiware cloud portal but I get a credentials error "Invalid credentials." Today the problem persists.

I'm able to do the login into the Fiware accont lab (https://account.lab.fiware.org/idm/ ) with my user but not into the Fiware cloud portal.

I'm registered with my email address miquel.mila@atos.net<miquel.mila@atos.net> and the username in my Fiware account is mmilaprat.

Can you help me? How I can recover credentials from the Fiware cloud portal?

Hi,
Please, don't do change my credentials, now I can login, my credentials was different in the sites ( https://account.lab.fiware.org/idm/ , https://account.lab.fiware.org/idm/ ). There are no "remember password" into the cloud portal, this is a problem when you forget passwords. I requested a new password into the account lab and the new credentials doesn't work into the cloud.

After some tests I found the correct credentials for both sites, now I can loggin, please forget this issue and don't change my credentials

But now I have another problem, this morning I tried to restart a VM and the status of the VM is "restating", it never restarts. How I can stop and restart it? (attached another email that I send today to the Fiware support)
