      Description

good morning, as a systems technician that I understand that it means to
access by ssh, I have more than 3 days without access to the instance by
      ssh.

      name instance:

      "dragon"

      current state "turning off"

      in

      https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/project/instances/

Apparently these states do not review who should give a minimum of
support in this portal, and this should be immediate, jump an alert of a
pending status, refreshed and all so happy, but it is unfortunate, a pity.

If you do the favor of turning off this equipment, I'll put it in motion
but I do not want to lose the job of that instance.

      Thanks for everything.

      .-...................................

      En español. idioma natal.

Buenos dias, como tecnico de sistemas que entiendo que supone acceder
por ssh, llevo mas de 3 dias sin acceso a la instancia por ssh.

      name instancia:

      "dragon"

      actual estado "apagando"

      en

      https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/project/instances/

        Dear user,

I assume that you are working in Spain2 node. We have a problem with our Datacenter and we are working to recover the service as soon as possible.

Could you give us the ID of the VM together with your user account in order to check it after recovering of our datacenter?

Best regards and sorry for the inconvenience.

hello, please, surely to kill the instances, you have ssh access to the
server where the instances reside, it will be something as simple as
killing the process, in this case of:
the instance "dragon"  of the Spanish node.

I just need to change the current state by turning off the power and
then power up from the panel manager cloud.

Thanks, I am already anxious to access them

        Dear user,

We had a interruption of the service due to a hardware failure. it means that we had to change the component and switch on again all the datacenter. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
