      Description

      To whom it may concern,

We received the following notification about the account W4T Cloud
associated with deustotech.energy@deusto.es. Currently, this account is
part of the "Waste4Think organization". Waste4Think (waste4think.eu/) is an
H2020 project that is based on the FIWARE technology. The Virtual Machines
of the project are hosted on a FIWARE licensed account different from
W4TCloud. As managers of the Waste4Think project, we use this account to
follow what is being deployed on "Waste4Think organization" for development
      purposes.

We would like to keep this account active. The project ends in the second
semester of 2019, therefore, the Community account falls short to what we
may need to support development until the end of the project.

      What are other available options?

      Best regards.

      Dear FIWARE Lab user,

You Trial account has expired. This implies that your cloud account will be
removed, all resources created in any of the FIWARE Cloud Portal Lab nodes
associated with your authorized organization will be deleted and you will
not be able to use the FIWARE Lab resources anymore.

The deletion of the resources would not be instantaneous but from that day
(Thursday, April 26th 2018) we cannot guarantee their consistency.

If you want to continue using your resources, we encourage you to follow
the steps to upgrade to Community Account (http://forge.fiware.org/
      plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE_Lab:Upgrade
to_Community_Account). You can also write an email explaining your reasons
to keep your account to fiware-lab-help@lists.fi-ware.org

Nevertheless, if you decide to back up all your work in those resources, we
encourage you to take all the actions to do it before Thursday, April 26th
      2018.

      Best Regards,
      FIWARE Lab Team
