      Description

      Good afternoon,

Since at least two weeks, we've been unable to use the vnc console
access to the running instances. Every time we try to use it, we
receive an error message stating that the connection to the server can
not be established. We've tried with different browsers, just in case
it was a browser issue, receiving the same error message every time.
We are using the Spain region.

I've attached screenshots of the error message on Chromium/Chrome and
Iceweasel/Firefox (Chromium and Iceweasel are the Chrome and Firefox
      versions on Debian).

      Regards,

      David Muriel.
