Dear Fiware's team,

I hope this email finds you well.

We are an event agency working in Central and Western Europe specialized on the French market.

I am contacting you because we received a special request from one of our client.

They would like to learn more on SmartCities as this is a trendy topic in France so we decided to organize a field trip in Berlin as the city has the reputation to be in the top players.
The overall idea is to help them to have a better understanding of the topic by combining travelling and learning to see what is being done abroad.
Therefore we would like to know if you'd be interested by hosting the group by giving a small lecture or whatever would be suitable for you. The group is maximum 16people.

I personally like your technological approach of smartcity and the didactic approach you offer the active support and educationnal summits you propose.

If the idea is interesting for you, please come back to me (and keep my colleague in copy), the date of such meeting would be the Thursday 11th or Friday 12th morning of October 2018.

Please let me know in which language it would be done and the cost of such visit.
