Yours faithfully,
We are having problems to deploy a instance in your Cloud Lab. We want create 2 instances (App Server + DB Server). If I create a Blueprint Template or launching a simple instance with "Ubuntu 14.04 Server CloudImg amd64" or "CentOS-6.2-sdc" always get same error.
We are creating instances in Berlin region because in Spain region I can't allocate a IP to a Project.
We have already created a Floating IP, Security Group and a KeyPair asocciate with the instance. But we can't run a instance.

Dear Tadeo and Henar,
I can confirm that there is an issue.
When instantiating an instance from a blueprint, we get an indication that there are no computing resources available.
This does not happen when we intantiate a VM directly.
We are invastigating this but did not yet find any indication of a possible reason.
Please stay tuned.

Hi Bernd,
I do not know if you have any feedback on this. I think the problem may be related to issue about the cinder volumes attachment.
Here in Lannion It looks like it is not possible to create instances other than tinny flavored ones (no permanent disk). Other way we get the same error from Nova as you pointed out (no computing resources available).
We are starting the investigation so the analysis might not be correct ....
Any way if you have news about the topics, please keep us updated
