Unable to connect to VM

          Description

          Dear Help Desk,

          Please can someone help me. Today I suddenly got disconnected from my WM on
          fiware lab and could not reconnect until now (I use VNC SSH to connect). I
          cannot ping to my VM anymore.

          Ping to VM IP result :
          Pinging 130.206.125.173 with 32 bytes of data:
          Reply from 130.206.112.7: Destination host unreachable.

          Could you please check from your end. I dont have network connectivity
          problem.
          I have a very important project on the VM to work on so any help is much
          appreciated.

            Dear user,

            We had a network problem in our node that was recovered. I could test that your instance can be accessed via ping. I will close the tickets. If you have any new problem, please send us a new ticket.
