Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you for gather some informations about Startups accelerators. We are a regional development agency IDA which is located in Pula in the region of Istra, Croatia. Our founders and owners are Region of Istria and all cities in Istria (10 cities). In our system we have two incubators, where in one just for ICT young companies, all together 21 offices where each one is around 20 m2.
Now we are searching a model in which we can expand our actions for helping young startups to develop and to connect them with other similar. One of possible them is to establish a business accelerator, but we don't have any experience with financing and maintenance.
IDA have experience in EU projects, they have been an essential operational segment of the Istrian Development Agency Ltd. In the course of the past years, IDA established successful cooperation with different domestic and foreign institutions and development agencies and a number of significant projects have been realized in the framework of this ongoing cooperation. IDA has so far been involved in the implementation of as many as 26 projects, partly financed from EU pre-accession funds. IDA's budget in the realised EU projects and the ones currently being carried out exceeds 3.500.000,00 €. Also one part of our company is METRIS (The research centre for metals in the Region of Istria - METRIS was established within the project Research Centre for Metal Industry in Istrian County - MET.R.IS..)

So, I would like to ask you if You can direct me to someone who can give us some advices how to develop the model of business accelerator which would be appropiate for legislation and economic conditions in Croatia. We are searching a model how to finance our Startup accelerator.
