      Description

      Hello!

I have a problem logging into fiware instance.

      Error messages:

      With putty:

      ##################################################################################
NOTE: You have accessed a system owned by FIWARE Lab. You must have authorisation
before using it, and your use will be strictly limited to that indicated in the
      authorisation.
Unauthorised access to this system or improper use of the same is prohibited and
is against the FIWARE Terms & Conditions Policy and the legislation in force. The
use of this system may be monitored.

      And from command line:

      C:\Users\Leny Oktavia>ssh -i "C:\Users\Leny Oktavia\Downloads\test-lab_key.pem" root@130.206.125.173
      ##################################################################################

      #################################################################################

      Permission denied (publickey).

My PC runs on Wins 10. Both attempts were using certificate and root user.
Is there something else I am missing? What is the default user for Ubuntu 16.04 image?

      Please help.

      Thanks,
      Leny

        Comment by thelenyoktavia@gmail.com :

No worries I have resolved this problem.

I used 'ubuntu' instead of 'root' to login.
I also launched the instance before generating the key pair which should be
the other way around, so I removed the instance, created the key pair, and
launched the image. Voila! It worked!

        Please close the issue.
