      Description

      Good mornig,

I´m a FiwareLab Cloud User (“belenc”, associated to the mail
“bcanitrot@carsa.es”). I´m having problems with a SpagoBI instance.

I´ve created, configured (security group, key pair, etc.) and launched the
instance -> OK. I´ve associated the floating IP to the fixed one.

When I try to connect to the virtual machine of the deployed instance using
PUTTY, I´m having problems with the password. The one I´ve always used is
“ubuntu”, but it does not work (I´ve also tried with “centos”…)

      Could you help me, please?

      Thank you in advance,

      Belén

        Good morning, José Ignacio.

Thank you for the slideshare link.

I´ve taken a look at it and I think I´m doing the correct process. I can stablish the "connection". The problem appears when I try to login. The password is not correct (Error message: "Server refused our key ").

Who should I contact to get it? Is it unique or it will change with each image instance (I mean, if I use Orion, it will have its own password, if I use SpagoBI it will have another...and so on)

        Thank you!

        Good morning, Jose Ignacio.

I already tried that one (ubuntu) for SpaboBI, and the error message is the one that I sent in the past email.

I´ve just tried again (instance -> "Spago BI", IP address 130.206.118.5...), and now the problem is that I can´t even reach the server: "Time out error"

Please find attached several screenshots of what I´m doing and what´s happening.

        Thank you,

        Good morning, José Ignacio.

Thank you for the slideshare link.

I´ve taken a look at it and I think I´m doing the correct process. I can stablish the "connection". The problem appears when I try to login. The password is not correct (Error message: "Server refused our key ").

Who should I contact to get it? Is it unique or it will change with each image instance (I mean, if I use Orion, it will have its own password, if I use SpagoBI it will have another...and so on)

        Thank you!

        Dear Belén,

The VM has assigned the 'default' security group. The rules of that security group are none, so every port is closed. However, you could try to assign either of the security groups spagoBI_16oct or spago_bi_3ene to that virtual host so port 22 and port 8080 could be opened.

        Best regards,
        José Ignacio.

        Thank you,

        Good mornig,

I´m a FiwareLab Cloud User (“belenc”, associated to the mail “bcanitrot@carsa.es”). I´m having problems with a SpagoBI instance.

I´ve created, configured (security group, key pair, etc.) and launched the instance -> OK. I´ve associated the floating IP to the fixed one.

When I try to connect to the virtual machine of the deployed instance using PUTTY, I´m having problems with the password. The one I´ve always used is “ubuntu”, but it does not work (I´ve also tried with “centos”…)

        Could you help me, please?

        Thank you in advance,

The rules of that security group are none, so every port is closed. However, you could try to assign either of the security groups spagoBI_16oct or spago_bi_3ene to that virtual host so port 22 and port 8080 could be opened. Best regards, José Ignacio. Dear Belén,

The first day talking about this ticket you show me some pictures (attachements) where you configured the key_pair of your putty with a name like 'C:\Users\Maxim\Desktop\test2_b.ppk'. However, you have 4 active key_pairs and you've had another 15 key_pairs which you have already deleted in the system. The one you must use is one you named t3 — That's the only one that will work. All other keys will be naturally refused.

        Regards,
        José Ignacio
