Good morning, it seems to be dropped the attention of requests like
access to the instance by ssh, and ports ej 80
can attend-me, I have left in the only possible access by cloud, the
request to turn off the instance, I wanted to turn it on but it has been
blocked without continuing.
I non can turn it on, and I would like to access to manage it or
visit my web development page. I would appreciate a quick solution to

We had one outage in one of our datacenters. It is solved now. Maybe you should try to start it again. Maybe you'll need to try to do a hard reboot if a soft reboot doesn't work.
