Hello,
I can’t login in the fiware lab cloud portal, the help desk, the forge or jira to put a ticket.
Just https://account.lab.fiware.org/idm/ works for me.

Dear Elisa,
From some weeks ago, the account for the cloud portal and the account for the "account.lab.fiware.org" are different. So, you'll need to sign up in https://account.lab.fiware.org
You could use the same user and set the same password. No problem with that.
