We had one outage in one of our datacenters. It is solved now. Maybe you should try to start it again. Maybe you'll need to try to do a hard reboot if a soft reboot doesn't work.

Hi,

I am trying to reboot my instance but its state is "Poniendose en Pausa" and I get an error all the times. I am not able to turn off the instance either.
