          Description

          Good afternoon!

          I am Fran, CTO of Ciclogreen and I wanted to tell you that we have
          difficulties to install Cygnus in Fiware Lab. We have found that it gives
          us numerous errors when trying to enter through the program Putty in the
          console of our instance, basically we can not login, the server refuses our
          key that we have generate with PuttyGen, there is some other way to install
          Cygnus in Fiware Lab?

            I can see you have 2 VMs:

            ciclo_ubuntu — Which is a ubuntu VM, so its username is "ubuntu"
            ubuntu_ciclogreen – Which is a Centos (orion) VM, so its username is "centos"

            Which VM can't you access to?

            I have entered on my console of centos with the user "centos", next I
            following this manual

            , I've try to install Cygnus on my Centos instance of FiwareLab but always
            I get the following error "Permission denied".
            I have used the default user "centos" but I don't get any result.
