      Hi,

      I can't connect to 212.128.217.123 via ssh using a key.pem

        Hi Fernando

        We have checked that the instance is reachable by ssh. So the problem seems to be the key are using is not the one required for the machine. Please make sure you are using the correct key which you used for creating the machine. Also, please notice that in order to use keys on software like putty, you need to convert the key format from pem to ppk.
