        Dear user,

Are you open ICMP protocol? I mean, in the security group you have to open the access to the VM using ICMP, it is the protocol used to execute ping. You can check the access to the VM just connecting to it using SSH.

        Let us know about it.

Yes, i open. I open 4 ports, like in example ICMP 0, TCP 22, TCP 80 and TCP
        1026.

        Dear user,

I think that your problem is related to the specification of the ICMP protocol. Clearly there is a usability problem in the portal due to ICMP is not related to from-to ports but type and code of the ICMP message. In your case, you should specify the corresponding type and code for the ICMP message used by ping, or by default allow all just specifying -1 and -1 from type and code (in the portal from, to).
