[Fiware-lab-help] FIWARE lab assistance: Instancia Fiware

          Description

          Hello,

           

          I am Fiware Lab user, I have a community account, I have created an instance using the image Centos 7 and I have the public IP address associated for can access to it.

           

          I have not had any problems for using it, but two days ago I cant not access to my instance using the IP address associated, the browser show me an error type time out (shown below):

           

          Attach the URL: http://207.249.127.215:1026/v2/entities

           

          I received an email, where it says that the site will have maintenance but the scheduled date is July 18.

          What could be the problem?

            We have reviewed your instance, and it is hosted at compute3. However, currently we have issues related to hardware with this compute. We are trying to recover the information of thís compute.
