Description:
The “Download” button in the main dataset page redirects you to a wrong URL
or to an about:blank page instead of giving you the chance of downloading
the resource.
On the other hand, no problems are found for the “Download” button that is
inside the preview area for that dataset and you can download the resource
there.
A screenshot with the damaged button marked in green was attached to this
message .

"These resources, might have been created or modified via API in wrong way, at least , logroño organization resources which have been uploaded via file and its url is http://fakeurl.com/...
I'm not sure if the trouble at the resource of lleida organization is due to a wrong update update/creation via API or a bug that happens when a resource is updated, because the urls are different.
