Dear Marcel,

The JIRA system is viewable only by the FIWARE team, but you can follow the activity on your tickets through the emails that is sent to you by the system.

I added your comment and request to the ticket (you will receive an email from the system regarding this in few mins.)

But for future comments/ inquiries, please reply to the latest email from JIRA system (which will automatically create a comment in the corresponding JIRA ticket) , then the FIWARE team will be able to receive your reply and /or reply to your request.

Hi Ilknur,

We received the ticket emails, see attached. We don’t have any valid account information to login to the Jira ticket system, could you please help us out?

We now have a working Fiware Lab node environment (under account with mail address fispace@freshportal.nl<fispace@freshportal.nl>), so I think your request for information regarding the basic accounts is obsolete? Or do you still need something else from us in case that I don’t understand you well?

We have already did some basic setup regarding the setup of our 3 virtual machines.

What we still need to be added if possible:

• 3 instead of 1 public IP-adress
• at least one more volume, it seems that we only may add 2 volumes, but we need 3 volumes (32GB/32GB/16GB), we get this error:
  Error creating volume FPS-TPI-CON-01-HD. Cause: 413 Error
  {"overLimit":
  Unknown macro: {"message"}

  }

How to arrange that?

Do you get email messages from the FIWARE Jira system (with ticket number FLUA-1491)? Could you kindly check your spam folder in case they are placed there?

The Fiware Lab node team needs the Fiware lab account names for you and your team members. If you do not already have basic accounts, could you kindly create and provide these ASAP so they can proceed with your account creation?
