EMPORIA Project has submitted the following email, as they are having some issues with the Repository GE.

On behalf of the EMPORIA development team (funded by FRACTALS Accelerator) we would like to ask for your help regarding the following technical issue we are facing with the Repository GE:

fiware Repository GE

What we have done:
1. We have used the available image in order to create a fiware Repository instance in our filab cloud infrastructure.
2. We checked that Tomcat is running at the instance’s IP
3. We checked that the fiware Repository is running by calling “http://#INSTANCE-IP#/FiwareRepository/v1” and the message returned is that we have not specified a collection - seems legit

What we have failed to do:
1. We failed to create a resource in the Repository. The steps that we followed and the responses we got are the following:
a. We created a file named data.txt and we wrote ‘Some testing content here’
b. We called via curl the following command and got the response:

  2. What did we do wrong ? What should have been done differently? Please elaborate and provide a working example.
