FIWARE.Request.Coach.CreatiFI.General Support #395: Instances on Spain2 two are not responding

          Description

          Hi,

          an applicant has reported the following high priority issue:

          *I have three instances on Spain2 region, the one that has public IP works
          fine but two others in same subnet are not responding (ping, ssh -> host
          unreachable). I have tried rebooting from FIWare Cloud Portal -> no help.
          Similar issues has been in the past.*

              Last week there were some network cuts due to maintenance operations. Please check again and let us know if it works.

              The applicant has replied with the following message:

              *Not working. I checked and the situation and it is still same. I can
              access one instance on Spain2 (one with public IP) but two others inside
              subnet are not reachable.*
