      Description

      Hi,

      an applicant has reported the following high priority issue:

      *I have three instances on Spain2 region, the one that has public IP works
      fine but two others in same subnet are not responding (ping, ssh -> host
      unreachable). I have tried rebooting from FIWare Cloud Portal -> no help.
      Similar issues has been in the past.*
