Hello,
I'm having trouble with the Identity Management (KeyRock).
I write below the two main problems I'm having:
1. When I send a POST request to obtain the access_token, the generic
Identity Management server responses sometimes with a 401 error (Not
authorized). I don't understand why that happens because the request has
all the parameters and headers and it also sometimes work.
2. Sometimes, when I show the screen where the user needs to write its
credentials, if he/she clicks the Login button, the application shows the
user profile details instead of the screen to authorise or reject the
application. Because of that, we cannot continue with the normal operation.
To solve that, I usually need to go back and retry, but I know that's not a
great solution.
