          Description

          Hi,

          A user cannot connect to multi-tenant Cosmos instance.

          He gets this error: "cosmosmaster-gi/192.168.189.1:8020 failed on
          connection exception: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused"

              Something on the cluster got crazy (myself almost got crazy) and I had to restart everything. Now the cluster seems to be working. Sorry for the inconveniences.
