Dear Gabriele,
now you have been upgraded to community user your account (if I have
undersood well from Trento node). A community user can have only one
organization associated with a given account.
So you should use that account and the associated organization.
Could be this the reason of the problem?
Is it a problem for you if this is the status?

Well, I have actually 2 organization assigned as you can see.
I have all the project resoruces and VM running on the Motorialab
organization though (which is the one I created long ago and where the
original resources 8 cpu 10gb ram ecc that we requested were assigned), not
on the main one (gabriele franch).
Should I ask for moving the resources from Motorialab to gabriele franch
account?

Ok. I will try to ask Trento node if they can do something.

Trento node moved all your resources to the 00000000000000000000000000011106 organization. For the kurento VM they did a snapshot.
Now you should take care of detaching the floating ip. Then you should inform Trento node (support-xifi@trentinonetwork.it) so that they can migrate it to the new organization.

Ip address migrated.
Problem should be solved.
