enclose I am sending you the pre-selection (56 proposals) made by our
external Evaluators of the 182 proposals we received within SOUL-FI.

As we discussed during the FIWARE Bootcamp in Lisbon, we promissed our
applicants to give them a feedback until the end of the month; meaning that
I require your feedback until Thursday (27.11.2014); is it possible?

I would also like to provide you a briefing before you start your review.
This is due to the fact that you have to understand in what stage we are
within SOUL-FI and what is requested at this stage from the applicants of
ROUND A.
