[Fiware-creatifi-coaching] [CreatiFI Benelux Hub] Kurento crashes after resizing app window that we are recording

          Description

          Dear FIWARE coach,

          not able to solve.

          We use Kurento to record the user's screen (through Chrome extension)

          Everything works well, but when we resize the application window we are
          recording Kurento crashes.

          This is the error msg kurento throws before crashing:
          2016-03-25 12:13:07.165925 2269 [140062474692352] error default
          video-frame.c:152 gst_video_frame_map_id() invalid buffer size 276480 <
          309120

          This really needs to be solved for our system because we cannot prevent
          users to resize their app screen size.

              Could you please answer this questions to have better picture of the problem?

              What version of Kurento and its modules that you are using?
              What format are you using for recording?
              How are your pipeline elements connected?

              A quick way to answer the questions is to have a full kurento log from startup until the failure occurs. Logs can be found at /var/log/kurento-media-server and /var/log/kurento-media-server/logs directories.
