      Description

      Dear FIWARE team,

I tried to contact fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org <fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org> about this but my e-mail got rejected.

Is there any update on the migration of the PiraeusN node instaces?
There are issues with some FRACTALS accelerator projects that don’t yet have access to the new nodes.

      I’m quoting the FARM@ project:
      “To whom it might concern,

      Hi,
we are part of the FRACTALS accelerator, with project name FARM@, and we
have a community account on FIWARE Lab (fiware@ingsoftware.com <fiware@ingsoftware.com>).

We still did not receive access to new node (Prague) and that is a big problem for us. Our application was hosted on PiraeusN node and now we need that VM migrated to Prague node.
Can you please check when will this migration be finished, our deadline to finish the project is very soon.

      Dear Users,
tomorrow Friday February 26th your VM's will be shut down in order to create the appropriate snapshots and migrate them to a new node. We expect this process to be finished early next week.
If you wish to shut your vm's down by yourself please proceed to do so.
This email is concerning ONLY the users who replied in our survey and declared an interest of migrating the VM's to another node.
      Best regards,
      PiraeusN Node Helpdesk team

      Thanks,“

If the PiraeusN node is unavailable, when will the migrate to the new node be complete?
      Thanks in advance.

Closing the ticket, as FARM@ team decided to move to another cloud infrastructure, and EMPORIA team seems to be ok now on Budapest node.

          Hi Orfeaus,

We opened ticket https://jira.fiware.org/browse/HELP-6152 for EMPORIA, It seems they requested PiraeusU node.

I have heard that that PiraeusU is having some difficulties with the migration of user snapshots due to disk space issues. So let's see how they answer to the ticket.

          Kind regards,
          ilknur

          Hello again,

Mr. Ververidis from the EMPORIA project has lost access to his instances since the migration from PireausN.
He has filled the migration form.
I’ll have to ask for further information about the target node he asked to be transferred.

          Thanks again,

          Hi Orfeas,
Could you tell us which other projects/SMEs exactly still don’t have the migration completed? And between which nodes? So we can follow up better.

Btw, we opened this ticket for the FARM@ case:

          Thanks,
