My name is Juan Cabello (Aeorum company).

I sent an email (16/02/2015) reporting an error related to the intance
creation process. I recieved a notification that the issue was fixed.

Today, I have got the same error:

"Success: Blueprint Instance HELIOXCAN01 status.

Description: Create environment HELIOXCAN01

Status: ERROR

Error: Infrastructure error Error interacting with OpenStack Error
creating server: String index out of range: -10"

java 7
mongodb 2.4.9
nodejs 0.9.0
python 2.7.5
tomcat 6
mysql 1.2.4

Currently, I'm checking Fiware because Aeorum company is involved in the
INCENSe 2nd ACCELERATION PROGRAMME (Helioxcan project).

We are going to integrate Fiware considering a database point of view
and I have some doubts/problems for you (user: carmen@aeorum.com):

1) I could not create a Blueprint instance. I sent an email:

"Success: Blueprint Instance DATABASE01 status.
Description: Create environment DATABASE01
Status: ERROR
Error: Infrastructure error Error interacting with OpenStack Error
creating server: String index out of range: -10"

2) We are going to use Mongo database but the SW repository has only an
old version (2.4.9). We need a newer version, is it prossible to request
a new version for a pre-installed SW?
