      Description

      Hi,

      we have an applicant that is interested in using the Filab Cosmos instance
      to analyze some Big Data. He is trying to access to it without success.

      Here is his feedback:

      Sorry, but I can't find updated docs on how to create an account...

      I keep seeing:

      *Dear User,

      Currently you are not authorized to use Cloud resources in any
      project. If you want to enjoy Cloud environment you can ask other
      users to share their projects with you using the Account Portal.

      You can also manage your own project getting a Trial account or, if
      your Trial period has expired, applying for a community account
      following the application process.

      And of course you can also use all the other FIWARE Lab capabilities
      in the Account Portal.

      *But in the Account portal I can't find how to request access to the cosmos
      instance... (also not via: https://store.lab.fiware.org
      <https://store.lab.fiware.org/>). At some point I allowed cosmos to see my
      details and an account is created. There are no connection details
      on https://cosmos.lab.fiware.org/dashboard
      <https://cosmos.lab.fiware.org/dashboard> though.*

      *I also don't have the rich options shown in http://help.lab.fiware.org/
      <http://help.lab.fiware.org/> yet. Do I need to request an upgraded
      account?*

      *I'm sure I'm missing something obvious. Is there a step by step docs on
      how to request access? If you have time for a skype call, maybe it is
      solved easily *

        only to be sure: Did they try to login with their FIWARE Lab account? They spoke about .."how to request access to the cosmos
        instance....", but they have to use their FIWARE Lab account.
