Dear Benjamin,
I have assigned HELP-4720 to the Spanish node team, and have increased the priority of it. I will be following this ticket closely, but still, please let me know if you don’t hear back from the node team by tomorrow.
Were there any other tickets related to the same issue? If there are, please let me know the ticket numbers, so I can follow up on them.

Subject: Problems with the FIWARE Lab
Dear Ilknur,
one of our teams (ChainPoint) has since a couple of weeks problems accessing data they have stored in the FIWARE Lab (see attached mails). They have written a mail to the FIWARE Lab Helpdesk (https://jira.fiware.org/i#browse/HELP-4720) on October, 8th, but until now the problem has not been solved. It seems it is somehow lost in a gap of responsibility between the technical helpdesk of the deactivated Stockholm node and the Spanish node. The Stockholm node told them, that the IP of their Orion Context Broker, which is not working any more, belongs to the Spanish node. After contacting the Spanish node on October 19th they didn’t received any feedback nor the status of the corresponding ticket has been changed.
Can you give us some advise how to speed up the process, because they need the data and the Orion Context Broker instance to develop their solution.
