In my account portal (I get to from the link you show below) I was transferred to this page with instructions of how to upgrade to community status - http://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE_Lab:_Upgrade_to_Community_Account
(see the link as part of the instructions)
And I get to the same page from the HELP menu on the right side.

Getting Eror 500 accessing - http://help.lab.fi-ware.org/
Do you have a name I can contact directly for help?

Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.
Please, send your messages using the new domain (Fiware-fiche-coaching@lists.fiware.org) instead of the old one.
